The operations of the MULTIBANCO network, in Portugal, are integrated into the mobile applications of the main national banks, offering users the possibility of making payments, transfers and withdrawals quickly, safely and conveniently, without the need for a physical card, at any time.

IN-APP Network

The main operations of the MULTIBANCO network on your smartphone

Applications such as MB WAY or applications from Financial Institutions in Portugal allow you to carry out operations on the MULTIBANCO network, just a click away. It is now possible to make payments, transfer money between accounts, unlock the use of the terminal using your cell phone, withdraw money, among others. Operations that make the banking experience much more agile, secure and adapted to the needs of the modern user.

Transfers
Transfer money using the “Send Money” option.
Select the contact to whom are going to send
money, indicate the amount to be transferred
and validate the operation securely.

MB NET cards
Service that allows you to generate virtual cards
securely, through MB WAY . Choose the type of
card you want to generate, indicate the amount
to load on that card and, finally, enter the
MB NET card details on the merchant’s website.

cell phone camera to start your session at MULTIBANCO .

We help answer your questions

The ATM captured my Card after an operation.

If the Card is not returned, you must immediately contact the Issuing Bank and report what happened.
I withdrew an amount that was debited from the account but was not waived.

After confirmation that the cash is not made available, there will automatically be a rectification of the financial amount in question. If this does not happen, you must lodge the complaint with the Bank issuing the Card with which you carried out the transaction, presenting the respective receipt.
I made a withdrawal of an amount that was debited from my account, but the terminal did not make the entire amount available.

When the amount delivered is different from that requested, the customer must make a complaint to the Card Issuing Bank, presenting the transaction receipt. If you do not have a proof of receipt, you will have to identify the location, date and (approximate) time of the operation in question.
I forgot to collect the notes corresponding to the survey I just carried out.
